Although this is only a short-term vacancy Information technology will look great on your CV so whether you are someone who enjoys contract assignments or are between functions and looking for something interesting to keep? The function is primarily service desk and incident management remotely to the company’s global network. Incidents could be either hardware or software and could involve immediate work arounds through to system support and upgrades. The important criteria is you have the appropriate skill set in order to add value in the function practice working as an Information technology Helpesk is essential to this function. While you will be given general direction, you will be expected to use your discretion in prioritizing, identifying and resolving issues. As such you will have good communication expertise and will be comfortable dealing with a range of differing personalities and functions. You will have a mix of routine and non-routine work and will also have to work with Project Managers deadlines and milestones.
