The function You will work with a warm base of clients, with a focus on building and fostering professional relationships with organisations across Wellington and the South Island. Key responsibilities of the position include: • Build strong working relationships with new and existing clients. • Create candidate attraction strategies. • Working closely with the team to source the best talent in the market. • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for our client’s recruitment needs. expertise and practice: To be prosperous in securing this function you will ideally have: • Previous recruitment practice or strong sales practice in a target driven function. • A natural relationship builder who is likable, personable, and charismatic. • The confidence to pick up the phone and proactively approach candidates and new clients. • Be tenacious, competitive, resilient, & enjoy working towards Success! • Previous recruitment practice (advantageous but not essential).
