As part of this continuing growth a need has arisen to appoint a Senior individual as a Regional Manager charged with continuing the growth of the region across rural, residential, and commercial property. This is a senior position in the organisation, reporting to the Managing director, where your function will be to supervise the Waikato region and branch network. this function is will be responsible for ensuring the financial success of the region, branches, managers, and the team on the ground. You will develop and drive the strategic plan, motivate, and train the teams to into a high performing unit whilst fostering a collaborative fun and inclusive culture. One of the key elements of the function will be to recruit and train managers and frontline sales professionals in the company ethos and culture whilst retaining your best people. To be considered for this function you will have practice managing a large team and ideally a branch network with a rural or Agri feel to it. You will have a high level of commercial acumen, understand customers drivers and how to coach and train managers to lead their people. You will good financial knowledge around budgets and measuring performance, where the gaps are and what needs to be done to mitigate shortcomings. Ideally you will be practiced in the following: » Providing leadership abilities » Agricultural and/or Rural business management » Sales driven » Setting budgets and performance targets » Commercial focus » Lots and lots of drive!
