This is a newly created function reporting to the CEO, you will be a member of and work closely with the leadership abilities Team (CEO, CFO, Head of Client Services, Head of Sales and Head of People and Culture).   The Head of Technology function will lead the digital interaction with clients.   Following a comprehensive upgrade of their core system the organisation are poised to release a market leading solution.   A programme of continual upgrade to improve client practice will see you take responsibility to set the direction of this programme and to plan and implement it.
