Temp Receptionist - CBD Corporate

This is a function starting ideally Monday 18th, with a view to continue for a 4-6 week working period, while the new receptionist is recruited. With this in mind, if you were the right candidate, it’s a great way to find out if you enjoy a function before you step into it.
 
The position is within a corporate office and requires great comms and a friendly and well spoken personality. Your level of personal presentation does need to be high, you will be working with various different businesses in a front line position, so being good with people, comfortable under a bit of pressure, and able to juggle at times, when the office gets busy. Being computer savvy is important, although you won’t be required to do anything highly technical, Information technology is still beneficial.
 
You will be answering phones and directing clients and customers as they come into the office. You will be working with another receptionist and a PA, and reporting into a very friendly Manager, who will offer you direction and support as required.
