Your new function

Be a part of providing strategic and operational guidance, advice and support in the areas of private secretarial services, information management, government accountcapability documents and processes, Ministerials, output plans, business planning and reporting processes. You will be working closely with other team members and supporting the team leader in the development and roll-out of continuing process improvement and training. You’ll be providing expert advice and support to the Ministry staff working on official correspondence.

 
Your expertise and practice

If you’re an Advisor who is looking to step up this is the function for you! You’ll be practiced in responding to OIA requests and managing official correspondence and understand the OIA requirements and processes. Use your highly developed verbal and written communication expertise to present complex issues clearly and ensure responses are appropriate.

The required expertise and practice are:

• A sound knowledge of machinery of government and how to work across government departments
• A strong eye for details
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• capability to handle high flows of information
• practice with OIA requests and managing official correspondence
