Customer Experience - Sales SupportLocation All AucklandAuckland Job type Permanent Salary 70,000 to 75,000 Category Sales & Marketing > Coordinator & Support » CBD location » Full time, Permanent position » Hybrid working What You'll Be Doing: »Engaging with Prospects: Answer phone calls and emails, providing potential customers with information about our exciting services. »Supporting Sales Managers: Be the go-to person for our sales managers, helping to keep their enquiry pipeline flowing smoothly, especially when they're away. »CRM Mastery: Use HubSpot (our CRM) to manage databases, follow up on leads, and ensure everything's running like clockwork. »Staying Updated: Keep up-to-date with our offerings and pricing, and ensure our information is accurate across all platforms. »Marketing Assistance: Work with managers to create engaging marketing briefs. »Tech Help: Provide friendly helpdesk support for our CRM. What You'll Bring: »Industry Experience: Experience in a similar sector is a plus but not essential. »People Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and genuinely care about what our customers need. »Tech Savvy: High proficiency with Microsoft software and experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). »Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills. »Sales Understanding: Knowledge of sales processes and a proactive attitude.
