Weekends Off!! » Great Team Enviroment » Temp to Perm Opportunities Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Pick Packer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and packing products in our warehouse, ensuring that they are ready for shipping. The Pick Packer will work in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for handling items with care while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality. Key Responsibilities:»Forklift Driving : Safely operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, transport goods, and store products in designated areas. Forklift certification is required.»Picking & Packing : Pick products according to customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail, then package them securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. »Freight Handling : Handle and organize freight with care, ensuring all shipments are processed and dispatched on time, while adhering to company procedures. »Stock Control : Assist with stock management duties, including inventory checks, restocking shelves, and ensuring proper stock rotation. »Maintain Productivity : Meet and exceed daily productivity targets by organizing work efficiently, multitasking, and working closely with team members to optimize workflow. »Health & Safety : Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of machinery and equipment, while maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment. »Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to ensure the smooth flow of warehouse operations. Communicate effectively to address any issues or challenges.
