We are seeking for someone who is focused on achievement and can practically help others to access job opportunities, training and development, education programmes and work practice because they understand the labour market, employment and career advisory. Empathy, persistence and resilience are some of your key strengths and you bring a high level of personal integrity, initiative and relationship management expertise to the function. You are comfortable navigating your way around computer systems and enjoy finding solutions to problems. You are curious and like to uncover details, enjoy analysing an issue and using good judgement to deal with a problem. If you are focused on achievement and can practically help others to set goals and discover their potential, you will enjoy the challenges and teamwork within our Service Centres. You will be well-organised, have good listening expertise and an empathic and a non-judgmental approach to serving others. The remuneration for this function starts at $61,734 per annum dependent on significant expertise, practice and other factors.
