We have a great opportunity available for an Advisor. As a member of the Performance Monitoring and Analytics team you play a crucial function within a team that is thehubof DHB performance insights. Our work is varied and will be responsible for the following » Supporting the non-financial quarterly reporting process within the DHB accountcapability framework » Providing ad-hoc analysis and advice to support performance improvement The Ministry is embarking on building an enhanced programme of DHB performance reporting that will support a common, shared view of key metrics, and in the future, enable benchmarking and knowledge of variation and opportunities for targeted improvement. Both the non-financial quarterly reporting process and ad-hoc reporting are key parts of knowledge variation and areas for improvement within DHB Performance and you will be expected to understand and report on key trends with datasets, measures and reports. To be prosperous in this function you will be relationship focused, and well versed with working with government decision-making and operating procedures, including across the Ministry of Health and working with DHB staff. You will have analytical capcapability coupled with strategic advisory expertise so that you can contribute to discussions on DHB performance, including drivers of variation and areas for improvement. You will bring a focus on continuous improvement, including how to present data and analytical information in a way that adds value to various audiences, including Ministerial, Ministry and DHB stakeholders. Your relationship building and coordination expertise will be important in bringing together a strong performance narrative across the various aspects.
