Are you seeking your next customer service opportunity? Are you a resilient, customer focussed and hard working person? This could be the function for you!
This is a complaints resolutions function that will not only require you to resolve the customer’s queries but identify the root cause where possible. You will be required to provide consistent and timely follow ups to complaints and claims whilst ensuring compliance to Regulatory and Company service Standards. this function will require you to manage complex customer inquiries and complaints within a fast located environment
About the function:
   » Full time Monday to Friday normal working hours
   » Fast paced, high volume function
   » located in Lower Hutt
   » Phone and email located communications
   » 12 months fixed term contract with a possibility for extension
   » Corporate environment
   » ASAP start
The ideal candidate will have:
   » Previous practice in a customer service or resolutions function
   » Resilience and conflict management
   » A can do attitude and customer focussed approach
   » High typing speed and accurate data entry expertise
   » Attention to detail
   » Working rights
   » capability to work as part of a team
You must have:
   » Previous customer service practice
   » A clear credit history
   » Be happy to complete a data entry, typing and customer service assessment
   » No prior convictions
