About the function
Should you be prosperous in this function you will be responsible for managing and supporting your Teams. With the capability to be able to hit the ground running, confident in your practice in a warehouse environment, Outwards goods. With a sound expertise of Health & Safety you will fit right in! With a huge responsibility of being able to step into the manager function when needed you must be on, you’re a game. You need to treat this function like your baby, the capability to have your input and make an impact on the company and to be an inspiration to your team giving them direction and support, the capability to sometimes have those hard conversations to ensure they are stepping up and working to their full potential. This is a new created function due to restructure, looking for fresh eyes to make this function their own.
