The role is a Maintenance Assistant role with a variety of duties: » Attend to all maintenance requests » Repair and maintenance of tools and workshop equipment » Grounds maintenance and rubbish/recycling collections » Assist with resident reloations » Incident or damage reporting and logging » Assist with daily job allocation » Stock and inventory As a successful applicant, you will offer: » Full drivers licence and forklift licence required (If not we can help you get it) » Knowledge and experience using power and equipment » Ideally have first aid certificate or keen to get one » Attention to detail and great time management ability » Have a friendly nature, great communication and enjoy interacting not only with the staff but customers » A good understanding of Health and Safety and safe work practices » Ability to be left to work on your own and get the job done. » Flexibility with attending to call-outs when required Whats on offer - An option for a temporary assignment or a permanent role for the right person.
