About the function:
We are pursuing an practiced and motivated Executive adjunct to support the Deputy Chief Executive, who leads the Digital Public Service branch.
As an practiced EA you will slot in with ease as you support the smooth-running of the Deputy Chief Executive's workflow and busy calendar, ensuring the Deputy Chief Executive is in the right place at the right time with everything needed to achieve results! this function will require you to anticipate needs and be flexible to change your day at a moment's notice as you respond to a range of events both big and small.
You will work closely with the Personal adjuncts within the branch and external to the branch, to provide consistent service and support across teams.
To be prosperous in this function you will have:
   » Proven practice in providing efficient and effective personal assistance at Deputy Chief Executive or senior management level
   » Strong interpersonal expertise along with initiative, flexibility and the capability to be proactive
   » capability to develop a deeper knowledge of the Branch responsibilities and activities so as to operate in ways that fully support Branch effectiveness
   » A focus on detail with the capability to anticipate risks and the consequences of decisions and commitments
   » Demonstrated capability to work with minimal supervision
   » Judgement, tact, confidentiality, and integrity when dealing with sensitive issues
About you:
this function will suit a highly energetic, sharp thinking, and naturally skilled Executive adjunct who knows how to add value from day one. Working within a fast-paced environment, practice supporting a senior manager with the capability to be the ‘pivot support’ for the wider team will be a bonus here. You will need to demonstrate the capability to build relationships and gain trust swiftly with a broad range of stakeholders, both face-to-face and virtually.
