This is a tech company who are creating a platform where value is placed on our environment. What do we mean? These guys have created a technology where you can measure data on pro-environment activities; think biodiversity, elimination of synthetic fertilizers, improving freshwater, soil health, diverse pastures. Sound cool? Information technology is! It’s like a slingshot, ready for take-off. The team is located between Gisborne, Auckland and Wellington – your location is no restriction.

The Job
At the heart of this function we need an practiced EA, you’ll know what Information technology takes to navigate the life of a busy CEO (plus board and investors) who needs more daylight in their day. This CEO is breaking-through the norms of business, investment and philanthropy – and your function will follow the diversity and growth this business is in. Your responsibilities will include:
• Working 1:1 with the CEO to manage her time & inbox; communicate on her behalf and be in step with her diary, forward planning and knowledge her priorities.
• Governance; Investor relations, board meetings; preparing papers, reports, maintaining the board calendar; all board admin.
• superviseing any and all admin for the business; introducing or streamlining processes if required.
• The eyes and ears of the organisation, with strong relationships inside the business and stakeholders outside.
• Administration support to the senior leadership abilities team.

The Ideal Person
To succeed in this function Information technology is essential we get the right fit with the CEO and value-alignment with the organisation. You’ll be values-driven with a high level of commercial acumen, be flexible and committed while also being a forward-thinker, pre-empting your CEO’s and the businesses requirements. It’s expected you’ll be advanced using the Google suite. Tact, confidentiality, professionalism and excellent communication expertise, both written and verbal are all traits we’re looking for in this person. And most of all you’ll have a fun down to earth personality.
