They are looking for an Administrator to join their close-knit team. The focus of this role is to autonomously process and be responsible for assigned tasks, taking initiative when working on your key responsibilities. Key responsibilities of this role include: » General reception duties - inbound and outbound calling » Coding of invoices using supplied spreadsheet » Managing debtor accounts » Filing of documents » Stationery and consumables ordering » Managing leave forms To be successful you will have the following: »Minimum 2 years experience in Administration » Experience using MYOB and Micorsoft Excel essential » Strong computer skills » Excellent communication skills » Ability to work autonomously To succeed in this role you will have a high work ethic, be open minded, and computer savvy. You will have a positive attitude, use initiative and your desire to learn will see you excel in this role.
