Company Values: »Vision: Building better futures for our clients, staff and partners »Purpose: To enable our clients' success by delivering superior logistics services with high care and engagement »Values: Positive Responsive Innovative Dependable Entrepreneurial The Position: Reporting to the General Manager - Digital Responsible for: » Timely and accurate support for Online Distribution's Warehouse Management System (WMS) environment including support for client onboarding, master data management, infrastructure and continuous improvement initiatives. » Ensuring all staff are adequately resourced and trained to carry out their roles and responsibilities within the business as it relates to WMS usage. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities » Information Technology: Ensure support for all staff and implement the IT requirements of the business. » Business systems support: Support the business to be fully engaged in the adoption of nominated technologies for operational support. » Staff systems training and support: Provide support to all system users and staff. » Communication and relationships: With appropriate engagement, internal and external stakeholders are adequately informed, and relationships are enhanced. » Projects: Tasks as agreed and defined by Manager are delivered accurately and on time. About you: Core qualifications: » Commercial decision-making - demonstrates a strong understanding of business and warehousing operations. » IT and business systems management experience - ideally over two years' experience in the logistics industry. (IT or Commerce Graduate preferred.) » Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to relate constructively to all levels of the organisation. » Proven experience to plan, undertake and finish activities and to achieve high quality results. » Proven client management experience - able to engage directly with clients in the most appropriate way in any given set of circumstances Core Behaviours: » Teamwork - identifies opportunities and takes action to build operational relationships across the business to help achieve shared goals. » Problem solver - able to break processes into their individual components to identify issues and solutions. » Results-focused - sets challenging goals for self and understands performance expectations.
