PLEASE NOTE: This position is for a duo/couple. An exciting opportunity has arisen at Fox Glacier TOP 10 Holiday Park! Our ideal duo must be reliable, hard-working and trustworthy with a passion for customer service. This is a full-time live in position for a couple offering a great remuneration package including accommodation on-site at the park, wifi and power. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Staff rostering, hiring, task assigning and general management of the holiday park. - Organising and assisting the housekeeping team to ensure that all everyday cleans of units, facilities and communal areas are completed to a high standard and within the given timeframe - General customer service, sales of tours and activities, reception management and reservation management - Financial organisation, banking and everyday transaction balancing - Groundskeeping - Onsite, overnight emergency contact phone shared with the Duty Managers What you will have to offer as a duo: -A background in tourism and hospitality would be advantageous - practice in customer relations - expertise of NewBook reservation system or similar would be an advantage but training will be given - Excellent computer expertise - A positive ‘can do’ attitude and outstanding work ethic - The capability to problem solve and think outside the box - Friendly outgoing personalities that fit in well with a great team What we have to offer you: - An excellent income package and onsite accommodation including Wifi and power (nominal fee weekly) -continuing support and training If you feel you have the qualities and practice required please send through your resumes and cover letter to the email address stated below.
