They’re a global chemical, coatings and adhesive manufacturer with a great reputation and a strong focus on health and safety. They aspire to improve production to be cleaner on the environment and likes to stay on the forefront of the industry. About the function: We’re looking for a high level administrator to support the maintenance team. This is a full-time temp position, starting immediately for approximately 3 months. As the maintenance coordinator you will be working within a modern, semi-automated site with a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS). Your job will involve: » Raising SAP purchase orders » Using SAP and CMMS (loading assets etc) » Reconciling invoices and managing parked invoices » General admin (reports, filing) » System updates » Reporting About you: » practice with SAP » practice with CMMS or general systems practice preferred » Strong work ethic » High attention to detail » practice in a similar function preferred » Able to work autonomously Hit the ground running in this busy function.
