NEMA’s primary focus is on the performance and capcapability of the emergency management system as a whole, across all hazards and all risks and the 4 Rs of risk reduction, readiness, response and recovery. We strive to actively build te Ao M?ori perspectives and capcapability into our day to day work, values and practices. function Purpose / Kaupapa T?ranga As part of its current growth NEMA is seeking to establish a permanently ‘awake’, 24/7 duty response capcapability. This project will enable NEMA to proactively monitor and respond to hazards and risks for which Information technology is responsible, across New Zealand, at any time. Drawing on lessons from partner agencies and elsewhere you will lead the design and implementation of NEMA’s enhanced duty capcapability.
