The client
Our client works in product development and works with a range of small to large food and beverage companies across Aotearoa and the rest of Australasia. With modern tech and an extremely talented team, they’re passionate about creating the best products for their clients resulting in long standing relationships with some very clever revolutionary FMCG manufacturers.
 
The function
A large part of this this function will be providing support to the director, as well as pitching in with other admin around the office as and when needed. There would be some HR related tasks, such as dealing with employee files and preparing employee records for performance reviews.
You will be
   »  Working as key Support to Managing Director
   »  Preparing Staff Folders for one on one performance reviews
   »  Prepare for Company Meeting, agenda, slides, data
   »  Prepare slides for Company strategic goals
   »  Organizing business filing for 5 interties, system exists just needs updating
   »  Re-organise filing for moving back into renovated offices.
 
The ideal candidate We are seeking for someone who enjoys a down to earth family feel who will slot right in and feel at home. Ideally someone who has practice in a team support or Personal adjunct type function, although strong administrators will be considered.
   » practice in an admin support function is desirable
   » Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suit, including PowerPoint
   » Strong attention to detail
   » Strong knowledge of filing systems
   » Happy to jump in and help where needed
