This firm has an excellent reputation in the marketplace for delivering a wide variety of construction projects to the satisfaction of their clients. this function sits within their infrastructure team. As a Project Manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy, or a consultancy combined with civil contractor background. You have proven practice on horizontal infrastructure projects including land development, rail and roading, water, civil spaces covering such areas as design management, project management, project planning, procurement and contract administration and construction management. We are seeking for candidates with 5 - 8+ years of practice with a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering. The key expertise and nature of the function will encompass: » Project plan preparation, strategy and scheduling » Cost control and quality management » Risk management » Tendering/procurement » Leading meetings » Design and pre-implementation management » Financial management including internal billing and consultant cost management This is an excellent opportunity to take the lead on a challenging infrastructure projects working in what is one of NZ's best project management consultancies working with a team of passionate professionals.
