Scenario:
this function involves working with an international organisation as part of their 24/7 Information technology support services team. You will be working with a variety of tech across the team, and will also have overall responsibility for answering queries and troubleshooting on a variety of Microsoft and Linux located operating systems, network and server infrastructure. Your function in the company will be as part of a growing team responsible for ensuring customers are well supported, incidents are monitored, and tickets are resolved to a high standard. This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible working environment and is available to work on a roster basis - out of normal business hours occasionally. Job responsibilities: » Ensuring incidents and tickets are resolved in a timely manner » capability to troubleshoot and contact with other teams for escalation » Contribute towards continual improvements » You will be sharing responsibility and working with colleagues around the world, and will need to prepare well documented hand-overs.
Criteria: » Some prior practice in a similar helpdesk function (ideally more than 18 months) this is not a pure grad function. » Some expertise of a variety of Network and Server Infrastructure is a must. » Familiar with ITSM tools and processes. » Great communication expertise in Mandarin and English.
