An exciting new leadership opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Customer Experience Manager to join this growing, highly successful market leader. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the main objective is to oversee and develop a world class customer service and spare parts operation while actively seeking out and assessing new spare parts opportunities. The key responsibilities of the role include: » Managing and motivating the customer experience team » Managing spare parts procurement & sales development » Product sales management » Liaising with the service dealer network To be successful you will ideally have: » Proven sales & customer service background » Strong leadership skills » High business acumen » You will be a self-starter with a positive & driven attitude » Strong relationship building skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of people » Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook This is a pivotal role in their organisation, therefore we are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a business/corporate environment who has strong business communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
