About our group and team Our Waikato Regional Team work closely with the Early Childhood and Schooling sectors, providers, and communities to provide support, skills and resources to help children and young people reach their full potential. Our Business Support Team are the face of the Ministry of Education in the Waikato Region. We deliver efficient and effective support services that enable our Waikato Regional Team to do their best work every day. About this function Reporting to the Business Support Manager and as part of the Business Support Team, you will never have two days that are the same. We have two Senior Support agent functions available, and we are especially interested in candidates that have human resources, payroll, or facilities practice. About you To be considered for this function you must have: » Administration and reception practice » A collaborative and positive team approach » Excellent customer service skills » A desire to lgain and challenge the status quo » The capability to understand and apply the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and tangatawhenuatanga.· Proven time management skills » Great communication skills » Attention to detail » Professional telephone manner » Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite skills » A full New Zealand driver’s licence Are you ready to make a difference?
