We are seeking for a Head Chef for our vegetarian restaurant at Kimi Ora Eco Resort in Kaiteriteri. We are a small restaurant within the resort that strives to provide delicious, fresh food. Our restaurant is generally open for dinner 5 or 6 nights per week over our peak season and closed Sundays. We also offer catering for conferences and events all over the year so there will be times where you would need to be available to cater for lunches and morning/afternoon teas as well. *The right applicant will: *Have great hygiene expertise *Have previous practice *Be passionate about using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. *Be practiced in stock management and menu costing *Be able to produce consistent, well presented and delicious food *Create menus *Have great leadership abilities, management and communication expertise Accommodation may be available Skills:
