As a Principal Consultant in the Professional Services team at Beyond Recruitment, you'll be partnering closely with our customers, building relationships, knowledge their business and delivering prosperous results through effective talent management of high calibre candidates. This opportunity would allow you to engage with some of New Zealand's largest commercial and public sector organisations. For the right individual there is a readily available portfolio of qualified contacts, outstanding relationships and support across the business. There a large number of PSA accounts that will require significant management and delivery. To be prosperous in this function you will have a natural sense of urgency, the desire to be prosperous and be prepared to do what Information technology takes. You will have practice operating at an executive level and the capability to provide commercially focused people solutions in a consultative manner. You will have the capability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, with the necessary expertise to articulate yourself and hold significant professional conversations.
