Government relies on research and data to inform policy and make important decisions across the motu - and ARG is a crucial part of creating a bright future for all New Zealanders. He waka eke noa!
During the 12-week paid summer internship, you'll be placed in one of 12 different Government agencies, working alongside leading researcher's and data analysts in Aotearoa. practice life working in Government, and have the chance to apply the expertise you've learned at university into real-world projects.
The programme will help you identify and hone your strengths, provide you with a window into a career working in research and/or data analytics, and provide an unparalleled opportunity to contribute to Aotearoa.
The ARG internship is open to students studying any bachelor level degree or above who have a passion for research and/or data analysis.
