From initial feasibility studies to concept designs, detailed planning, construction, delivery, handover, and ongoing support, you'll be at the forefront of project management excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
   »End-to-End Project Management: Take charge of projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery within specified timelines.
   »Financial Oversight: Exercise tight control over budgets and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle, demonstrating a strategic approach to cost reduction.
   »Supplier Allocation: Utilize your expertise in supplier management by thoughtfully assigning tasks, going beyond basic project management to make significant contributions to cost savings.
   »Sector Expertise: Leverage your extensive experience across various sectors, including subdivisions, commercial and industrial developments, indoor sports centres, aquatic facilities, irrigation solutions, vineyard development, large-scale residential projects, waterfront developments, and community buildings.
   »Project Range: Engage in a diverse range of projects, from smaller modifications and infrastructure additions to existing buildings, to multi-million-dollar developments on greenfield sites.
   »Collaborate: Foster a strong partnership with the local Iwi to ensure that construction activities are carried out with utmost respect and sensitivity to the cultural.

Requirements:
