Offer: Executive Coordinator, System and Agency Performance:Public Service CommissionJob description:Job DescriptionTe Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission leads the public sector to make a positive difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders.The System and Agency Performance Group (SAPG) provides critical support to Te Kawa Mataaho in its interactions with public service chief executives and their agencies. SAPG leads the management of chief executive appointments, remuneration, performance management, development and succession, and provides guidance on fees and appointments for Crown bodies. The function of the Executive Coordinator, SAPG is to proactively support and deliver effective and efficient support and coordination services to the SAPG team as well as building positive relationships and interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. this function also provides assistance, advice and support on business processes and systems, helping to create an efficient and effective management team and programme of work. this function requires a high degree of independence, discretion, judgement, initiative and self-discipline.
