Job Offer: Kairuruku | Ministerial Co-Ordinator:Public Service CommissionJob description:Job DescriptionTe Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission leads the public sector to make a positive difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders.This permanent position sits within the Office of the Public Service Commissioner to provide efficient and effective ministerial services to the Commission and its stakeholders. Information technology is also the Commission's key liaison with the office of the Minister for the Public Service which requires oversight of complex and sensitive requests. As the Ministerial Coordinator, Information technology is your function to monitor and track all the Commission's official correspondence and monitor and track all correspondence we have with our Minister's office. this function will see you: » delivering and collecting items from the Minister's office, » monitoring the Commission's Enquiries (public) and Ministerial email inboxes, » issuing and tracking report numbers » and responding to straightforward requests from the public. We are seeking for someone who is: » Organised and able to prioritise competing demands » A team player » Good at building relationships To be effective in this function, you will an eye for detail and good processes, good written expertise, a logical mind, and an capability to establish and maintain effective relationships. this function is also pivotal in supporting the two Ministerial Advisors while they prepare responses to official correspondence such as OIA requests, Written Parliamentary Questions, Ministerial Correspondence, Ministerial OIA requests as well as the co-ordination and production of the weekly report to the Minister.
