We are seeking for a Kaitohutohu M?t?mua |Principal Advisor, leadership abilities Development to lead the continuous improvement and delivery of our common and core development programmes. We're looking for someone who: » is ready to unleash their leadership abilities development skills and influence strategic, tactical and operational organisational development » is fascinated by the complexity of leadership abilities and helping leaders navigate the ever-growing demands » enjoys coaching, mentoring and inspiring colleagues to bring out the best in individuals. You will have: » significant practice and expertise of organisational development and leadership abilities development (5+ years) » significant practice in designing, developing and delivering of leadership abilities development initiatives, activities and programmes. » excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to communicate effectively with a broad audience » passion and enthusiasm for developing initiatives that increase the diversity and inclusiveness of the Public Service » proven skills working collaboratively and seeking out diverse points of view » proven practice developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and peers.
