Job Offer: Senior Advisor Pay Equity:Public Service CommissionJob description:Job DescriptionTe Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission leads the public sector to make a positive difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders.The Pay Equity team provide leadership abilities, guidance, tools and resources to support the progress and resolution of pay equity claims. If you are passionate about eliminating gender and ethnic pay gaps and can demonstrate an knowledge of the pay equity process here in Aotearoa, this job may be for you! As Senior Advisor - Pay Equity you will work to support the prosperous and efficient resolution of pay equity claims. You will be part of a team with a dynamic and varied work programme, who provide high quality advice to Ministers on pay equity issues. You will work with a range of stakeholders and partners across Government, as well as community-located organisations and unions to continuously improve access to and knowledge of the pay equity process. You will be part of building knowledge of and engagement with the Te Kawa Mataaho pay equity work assessment tool Te Orowaru.
