The function

Work for one of the biggest transport/freight companies in New Zealand to cover a staff member on annual leave. You will be required to look after recruitment during these 4 weeks as well as assisting with some admin tasks. Looking after coordination of interviews and meetings as well as posting ads and pre-screening candidates etc.

My client are open to someone coming in and doing 4 hours a day or 8 hours a day – whatever works best for you.

Core expertise

You will ideally have practice in a Recruitment function or are familiar with the processes to come in and hit the ground running. You will have excellent communications expertise and be a big people person to be able to coordinate with all levels of seniority.
