The Sector Enablement and Support Group (SE&S) is the key interface between the Ministry and early learning schools and kura services me ng? k?hanga reo, education providers, and communities. About this function An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly practiced professional to join our national SE&S group. You will play a key function in giving effect to change that impacts all learners. More specifically, you will: » facilitate the development of forward strategy to deliver the Education Work programme in and through SE&S » collaborate with colleagues and leaders across SE&S and the Ministry to ensure integrated design, sequencing, and implementation of the work programme » ensure that regional staff have the appropriate guidance and capcapability to implement change by ensuring proactive regional consultation and liaison » provide advice and support on strategic decision making, prioritisation and operational improvement.
