Machine Operator (Onehunga)Job location:Auckland Manukau & East Auckland Work Type: Temporary » » » »Global manufacturing company »$23/hr dependent on practice »Afternoon shift Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11.30pm The Company • UK listed, with Asian and Australasian manufacturing sites, this company has leading FMCG clients where they are supplying specialist packaging to the Food & Beverage sector in particular. • You will contact closely with the Production, Supply Chain & Support Services teams The Position To ensure production processes meet customer demands by the timely, safe and efficient manufacturing of goods with the production area Machine Operation • Running machines in line with business processes • Ensure all the necessary documentation, raw materials and consumables are available to ensure Operators and Packers are able to achieve production targets and objectives • Ensuring that all process checks are completed and that all documentation is correctly filled out and handed in for data entry • Use of a Scanner • Following correct set-up instructions, specifications etc (machine allocation and production schedule) • Testing, reporting any issues Troubleshooting and problem solving • Providing feedback on any machinery issues • Machine audits Health & Safety Machine Maintenance Keeping work area tidy etc You • Will have practice in an Operator function • significant Production practice • Computer expertise • Be process driven and a team player On offer • Monday to Friday • Through to the end of the year, may extend etc • 3pm to 11.30pm • $23/hour dependent on practice • Paid weekly • Free onsite carparking • Modern manufacturing plant and warehouse with global reach • Very clean and tidy – food grade standard To apply, please send an updated resume ASAP to Sue Brash by clicking apply now.
