Our clients in Lower Hutt are looking for experienced machine operators to join their production team in a temp to perm position. This role is Monday to Friday 8AM - 4PM starting immediately. Key Responsibilities: » Operate and monitor machinery to ensure production standards are met » Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment » Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment » Inspect finished products for quality assurance » Maintain accurate records of production and maintenance activities » Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines To be successful: » Proven experience in NZ as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment » Physically fit you will be required to lift repetitively throughout the shift » Pass a pre-employment drug screen » Provide two work references All applicants must have the right to live and work in NZ.
