We are an indigenous-led and world-class organisation working in the Initial Teacher Education space. The Recruiter will be a leader in the Pre-Programme team, supporting the team in developing and executing a recruitment strategy to attract, select and nurture a cohort of 80 participants to join our programme each year.Key responsibilities» Marketing and Attraction: building community and national consciousness of the Teach First NZ Programme to attract high quality leads.» Running events and giving presentations to potential candidates. » Attending careers events on campus and in the community. » Nurturing: supporting quality leads to become appropriate candidates. » Conducting phone calls to support and encourage candidates. » Selection: ensuring our selection process delivers excellent candidate care while helping us identify appropriate candidates to the Teach First NZ Programme. » Conducting application screening and phone interviews. » Matriculation: supporting quality induction and handover of candidates to the next stage of their journey. » Communication Management: using our communication platforms to ensure our candidates are well informed and supported all over their application journey » Data Management: supporting the Recruitment Team in the effective use of Salesforce to manage candidate data.
