We are seeking for an practiced Administration Coordinator with at least five years’ administration practice to join our team. The position supports the delivery of educational services across Hawke’s Bay/Tair?whiti. The function undertakes complex administration or support operations and works with the Business Support Manager to coordinate the delivery of administration support across the region. This is a full-time permanent position located in our Gisborne office. About you To be considered for this function you’ll be able to think on your feet and use your initiative as well as be able to demonstrate: » exceptional written and oral communication skills » a strong capability to work well with others across all levels of an organisation » a commitment to continuous improvement and having a strong customer service approach to everything they do » sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel and Word » the capability to work unsupervised while maintaining a high degree of accuracy » strong time management/organisational skills with the capability to multitask and meet deadlines » a current driver’s licence » a positive attitude. practice in procurement and contract administration is preferred but not essential Are you ready to make a difference?
