They’re specifically responsible for environment management, flood protection and land management, provision of regional parks, public transport planning and funding, and metropolitan water supply. The function this function sits within the Strategic & Corporate Planning department and is responsible for managing the delivery of significant corporate planning and reporting projects including the Long Term Plan and business improvement initiatives. You’ll be leading project teams and reporting progress to project steering groups. You’ll be leading processes to improve corporate planning capcapability across the organisation. About You Use your practice in panning and delivery projects within a corporate environment to excel within this function. You’ll be practiced with annual plans, long term plans and project management would be an advantage. Stakeholder and relationship management will be vital in this function to engage with Mana whenua partners and external stakeholders.
