We are seeking for a motivated couple with previous management practice to assist the Owners with the day-to-day running of all aspects of our busy Holiday Park. You will be responsible for all areas of the day to day running of the Holiday Park, including reception and reservation tasks, grounds, housekeeping/cleaning, laundry, and maintenance of the Holiday Park. The position is full-time, working 4 days on 3 days off roster of 40 hours per week each. Previous management practice is essential along with a great can-do attitude. To be considered for the position, you will need to demonstrate the following: - Exceptional customer service -capability to multi-task, show good initiative, and a calm demeanor under pressure -An outgoing positive personality -Have an eye for detail and a high standard of professionalism -Strong computer expertise and literacy -Have a good reliable work ethic ‘can-do’ attitude and the capability to self-manage -availability to learn -Accommodation / Tourism industry practice essential -Able to work weekends and outside normal business hours -Full clean NZ drivers licence required This position requires you to live onsite in staff accommodation. You will be required to be on call for the days you are rostered providing after hours assistance when necessary.
