Job Offer: Hostel Work Available:Job description:Hostel Work AvailablePayment: Accommodation & Paid ($20)Job location: Christchurch Region: Christchurch & Canterbury practice: Limited practice Necessary Listing Added: 29/05/2021 We are seeking for a happy and friendly traveler to help us with just about everything, some cleaning and bed making, reception work and possibly help in the garden and keeping our place look nice, welcoming and inviting. The job is for about 8 -12 hours, is a paid position and most of your income will be to cover the costs for your accommodation. Extra hours may become available and will be paid extra. If you love chatting and socializing with people and always wanted to work in a hostel, please let us know. If you haven't done this type of work before, don't worry, we will teach you everything you need to know. All we need of you is that you are willing to work, lgain and are the kind of person who like doing a really good job, no matter what they are doing. You will get the opportunity to stay here at our hostel, and get to enjoy everything the guests enjoy, such as free endlessWiFi, the use of the sauna and hot tub on some weekends, hanging out on the bean bags in the garden, and of course cuddling and playing with Max, the dog. The Old Countryhouse with it’s green gardens and lovely guests is a great place to live. Enjoy your times off, go to the beach, or in a couple months go skiing, or explore all the exciting things Christchurch has to offer. Often our helpers find other paid work for a few hours in the evenings on a couple of afternoons or nights in the city to boost their travel funds. You will also need to have a valid Working Holiday Visa and IRD number.
