The Improvement Systems and Technology (IST) team continues to grow capacity and capcapability and We are seeking for enthusiastic people to help us continue the journey; supporting and leading change in our agile fast-paced environment. We've made a significant investment in/commitment to the care of our people. We deliver this through a team of Technology People Leaders with a broad and diverse range of skills and practice. The Senior TPL's are new positions leading and supporting that team of Technology People Leaders, focusing on their development and wellbeing and ensuring everyone gets the support they require, and that care of our people is balanced with delivery. Collaboration and Resilience are key! This is an evolving environment, where you must be adaptable and able to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities. As a Senior TPL, you will: » Support the Head of Technology People Capcapability with translating workforce strategies through to business plans » Work collaboratively and support Technology People Leaders with day to day requirements » Assess and tailor people systems and processes for IST requirements » Ensure all required financial and people records are maintained for compliance and audit purposes » Be an advocate for people's safety, welfare, and health » Responsible for leading recruitment activities within the group You will have: » Previous practice leading large teams in a complex environment » practice in Developing operational processes; assessing current and future state. » Proven skills in guiding and empowering people » Provided input to Senior leadership abilities team on learning and development activities » practice in leading all levels of performance and behavioural conversations » Previous practice in coaching and mentoring » Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills How to submit the application: To apply, click the ‘Apply Now’ button to upload your CV, cover letter and complete the online application form.
