We're Pathways, and we've been delivering community-located mental health and wellbeing services in the Marlborough region, with a base in Blenheim since 1 February 2020. The function We are seeking for people who have caring nature and the capability to work with people from a person-centered approach. this function requires you to do whatever Information technology takes to support our people – cleaning, cooking, gardening, or helping with everyday household tasks. This is a permanent full-time function, 32 hours a week, working 4 days per week Sunday – Wednesday 11.00pm - 7.30am. You | Koe You'll have a caring nature and the capability to work with people from a person-centered approach. You'll always work in a recovery focused way and have impeccable attention to detail. You will also: Hold a current full and clean New Zealand driver's licence Hold a current first aid certificate or are you willing to obtain one You will either hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (or a recognised equivalent) or be willing to commence study towards this qualification within six months of starting with us. We offer our staff significant support to complete this study.
