We're Pathways, and we've been delivering community-located mental health and wellbeing services in the Marlborough region, with a base in Blenheim since 1 February 2020. The function We are seeking for people who have caring nature and the capability to work with people from a person-centered approach. this function requires you to do whatever Information technology takes to support our people – cleaning, cooking, gardening, or helping with everyday household tasks. This is a permanent full-time function, 32 hours a week, working 4 days per week Sunday – Wednesday 11.00pm - 7.30am. You | Koe You'll have a caring nature and the capability to work with people from a person-centered approach. You'll always work in a recovery focused way and have impeccable attention to detail. You will also: Hold a current full and clean New Zealand driver's licence Hold a current first aid certificate or are you willing to obtain one You will either hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (or a recognised equivalent) or be willing to commence study towards this qualification within six months of starting with us. We offer our staff significant support to complete this study. We provide community-located mental health, addiction and wellbeing services all over New Zealand, supporting around 6000 adults and young people in communities all through New Zealand each year to live well in the communities of their choice.
