A unique opportunity for an practiced technical Team Leader or Programme Manager to join a multi- functional team delivering the design of social data collections with a focus on achieving survey response rate and quality targets.
The function will take the lead to influence, develop the programme of work where stakeholder management is key. You will be responsible for building close working relationships with key partners internally.
Key Accountabilities:
   » Develop strategic and operational relationships at senior level
   » Lead a team of Survey designers and Analysts to design the methods and standards for data collections
   » Coach technical and non-technical colleagues tro understand the big picture
   » Use project management techniques to plan and prosperously deliver a prosperous programme of survey collections.
To be prosperous in the function you will need to have technical leadership abilities practice or Programme Management , leading significant projects, leading design teams or similar, have demonstrated leadership abilities qualities covering strategic partnering and operational delivery.
