Strategy & Democracy:FuelAgencyJob description:Job DescriptionWe are seeking for a super Executive adjunct to join our Strategy and Democracy Group!In this function, you will have exposure to a wide variety of work while providing comprehensive executive support to the General Manager – Strategy and Democracy. This is a unique opportunity to support this evolving Group including Strategic Planning, M?ori results and Democracy & Assurance departments. The function will involve executive adjunct tasks such as: » prioritising, coordinating and managing commitments for the General Manager » engaging Maori and community leaders » undertaking group projects and reporting » co-ordinating agendas for the department » providing hui/meeting and administrative assistance » alignment of meeting schedules, agenda items, » administer support deliverables across the group and wider organisation Application of te tiriti, tikanga and te reo M?ori would also be advantageous for the prosperous applicant. Our new super EA is Somebody with the capability to review and edit documents to fully support the Group and its General Manager. You may have held a similar function within an organisation of comparable size and complexity or be able to demonstrate a high level of transferable expertise which would support outstanding performance in the function.
