Job Opportunity: Team Leader – Supported – Henderson:ACC_hainesJob description:Job Description» Embed a culture oriented to trust, open communication and collaborative working» Continually improve employee practice to encourage engaged, motivated and empowered teams As a passionate Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver quality customer practices and results. ACC has been improving the lives of New Zealanders since 1974. With ACC, you’ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen. You will be a visible and available Team Leader – someone who will engage and motivate and ensure everyone is delivering a positive customer practice. You will do this through a focus on coaching and mentoring, as a team and individually, and by providing support to your team to ensure their success. You will need to be able to work in a super-fast paced environment and be able to work collaboratively, accepting and providing feedback on a everyday basis.
