The function In this function you will work to provide a high-quality claims service, ensuring client interest are your top priority. You will manage a portfolio of claims clients, including regularly contacting, reviewing, and servicing those clients. You will demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, ensure all records are maintained, and meet good conduct and product provider obligations. expertise & practice • Hold the NZCFS Level 5 (V2) certification. • Have previous insurance or financial service practice. • Excellent written and oral communication expertise • capability to work both collaboratively and autonomously, with great time management expertise. • capability to continue to stay up-to date with compliance and best practice standards. • Skilled using Microsoft Word and Excel How to apply?
