They now have offices in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch with over 350 in the business. You will be working in a high preforming team in a company that offers growth, career progression and a challenge. No two days are the same. You will also have the option for flexible working (work in the house when you want). This company have a strong focus on internal progression and internal promotions, hence the need for this function. There will be a significant hand over for the person coming into this position.
 
About the function:
A truly compensateing and varied function, where you will feel valued and have an influence. You will be supporting one of the company’s leaders and be involved in a range of different projects. You will be managing the day-to-day PA tasks as well as have a say on key initiatives and programs. You will be a go to person within the team and be able to develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
 
You will be:
   »  Dairy and inbox management
   »  Travel bookings and expenses
   »  Internal and external comms
   »  Meeting coordination
   »  Minute taking
   »  Even planning and coordinating
   »  Ad hoc administration tasks
 
About you:
   »  Previous practice working in a large organisation;
   »  capability to juggle many tasks at one time and met deadlines
   »  practice in a supporting EA/PA position
   »  A professional personality but someone who enjoys a team and a laugh
   »  Excellent practice with MS Suite
   »  Great written and verbal communication expertise
