You will inspire a team and make a difference to children's lives. We are seeking for Somebody with previous practice as an U2's Headteacher with excellent people expertise who can support and motivate a team of ECE teachers. You will be supporting a strong and established team who provide a nurturing and enjoyable learning environment for the children within the centre. You will report directly to the Centre Manager who will provide support and guidance when needed. This pivotal position will require Somebody with exceptional interpersonal expertise, diplomacy and cultural competence. Your collaborative inclusive leadership abilities style will inspire the team to support your fresh approach, have input and get behind the vision for the centre. The prosperous Candidate You are currently a people leader with sound emotional intelligence who can support a team culture that incorporates the companies values.
